Hi XXXXXXX
The test carried out measures quantities of the drug in urine. Generally, common tests usually have particular thresholds or concentrations that they detect, below these threshold, it becomes difficult for them to detect. Secondly, depending on the moment the test is done, the drugs interactions taking place, meaning other drugs you take and the type of test, the result can be negative, not actually reflecting what is going on.
The gold standard is to specific blood tests in a specialized clinical laboratory. A blood sample collected with other specialized tests gives results that are more accurate. Interpretation of these results and better advice on narcotic dependence or drug use and anxiety care would be best done by a psychiatrist. I would advise you take an appointment with a psychiatrist, who shall prescribe the most appropriate test to be done and where exactly, and shall provide some other clinical, moral and psychological options that should be very helpful to you.
I wish you the best of health. I would be honored to answer any further questions or make suggestions if need be.
Best regards,
Luchuo, MD.

Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for your question. You need not worry about it. As I said, it actually depends on the type of test that is done. A very sensitive one can be able to detect that some one has been taking it for some time. However, considering the duration you have spent without taking the drug, I think the usual tests used might not be able to detect that you have been taking it.
Thanks and best regards,
Don't hesitate asking further questions, I will be honored giving my suggestions,

Hi XXXXXXX
I believe if the tests shall be run in a big hospital with more sophisticated biochemical techniques, it is very probable that the test turns positive. Most big hospitals today have modern material that detect even traces of narcotics if they have been used.
I suggest you stay calm and wait in the results.
Hope this helps and best regards,
Do not hesitate to ask questions if you have any further worries.

Hi XXXXXXX and thanks for the question,

As I mentioned earlier, do not actually think it's time for you to worry about the test result now or whatsoever. Given the conditions the test shall be done under and your past history, it shall really be very, very unlikely something goes wrong.

I suggest you just keep your calm as I do expect the best for you. Stay calm and think positively.

Continue having a balanced diet, much fruits and vegetables, drink a lot of water, be with friends and family and think positively. Avoid getting isolated.

I know and pray everything should go on well for you. Stay positive.

Hope this helps as I wish you just the best.
Thanks and nice day, Best regards,
Luchuo, MD.

Hi,
You can’t want to die, you got to live and I know and believe you will. You need to stop worrying yourself. A doctor can never be happy seeing patients in distress, that, I can assure you. All doctors want is to see you get better and be happy. That is what gives satisfaction or moral reward and fulfillment to a doctor.
Drinking water is a healthy practice and advisable practice that I shall encourage you to do.
I suggest you better stay calm, behave as normal and as politely enough when you XXXXXXX your doctor. Discuss your worries with your doctor; for sure, he shall be very willing to here.
I am convinced that the laboratory results shall be favorable to your side and you shall leave the hospital happier than you could have imagined. Stay calm and be positive as I believe and hope for the best for you. NO worried and be happy.
Best regards and feel free asking further questions if you deem necessary. I will be honored to support.
Best of health,
Luchuo, MD.
