Question : do i get a cure from TPHA i under go medication for 3 weeks and that is last yer do i get non reactive result

TPHA is trepenoma pallidium hemagglutination test.
It is done in early cases of syphilis.
Once TPHA is positive, it remains so for life, although there might be no disease and the person is non-infectious but the TPHA remains positive.

The test to know whether a person is cured or not is VDRL.
This becomes negative within a year of treatment.

Therefore, I suggest you to get VDRL done and not to worry as syphilis is completely curable.

my VDRL is non reactive but TPHA is reactive

That means you are cured.
There is nothing to worry.
TPHA will remain positive lifetime.
This just means that you had an infection in past but you are totally cured now.
You will not have any further problem or you cannot infect anyone else.
