Taking Predisone, Flonase And Keflex For Sinus Infection. Any Thoughts?

Question : I have had an on going sinus infection so I was told, since Dec> I am on third round of treatment. Was given 6 day dose pack of predisone, flonase and am to take 1500 mg. of keflex for 21 days. 1500 mg. a day of any antibiotic sounds like a lot to me. What are your thoughts?

Do not panic.The dose of antibiotic is OK.The duration is a bit prolonged.14days couse would be enough.
