                                    Brief Answer:
So this infection is very contagious
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Platelet count decreases in dengue but it may decrease in some cases of viral also. Further testing needed to confirm cause.
Whatever infection is running in your family seems to be contagious enough to require social distancing from each other.
Your sister and cousin needs to be isolated completely in their respective rooms. Don't allow children and elderly to go near them at all.

                                    Brief Answer:
Currently medicine should not be taken
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
In dengue pain killers should not be taken. In Corona ibuprofen is avoided. So I will currently suggest to watch the symptoms. Drink lots of warm fluids. Self isolation.
If any new symptoms appear then medicine can be given only after confirming diagnosis.
