Brief Answer:
Can be mild nerve root compression or irritation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The numbness in the bottom of the foot and stiffness can be due to a mild nerve compression due to the swelling around the baker's cyst or due to mild degenerative changes in the lower lumbar spine. This is not related to leakage and rupture of Baker's cyst.
To relieve the symptoms you can start with methylcobalamin supplements. You can also use an ace bandage around the knee or use an elastic knee support to reduce the swelling and pain.
I hope this answers your query.
