Brief Answer:
DECREASED RBC COUNT AND HB VALUES

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query/reports and here is my opinion.

You have decreased RBC count and Hemoglobin levels.
The type of Anemia can usually be ascertained by a PBF(Peripheral Blood Film).
Kindly share the report of your blood smear.
Also share your symptomatology in detail.
Do you have any significant past history (specially malarial infection)?
Are you on any drugs?Certain medications can also cause anemia.
How are your dietary habits and menstrual history?

As there is vitamin D deficiency, you need to take vitamin D supplements 60000 IU,Once per week for 3 months.
As Vitamin B12 levels are normal, usually Serum Folate levels and Vitamin C levels of such patients are also procured to detect any deficiency.

In the present scenario, you have absolutely no reason to worry but you need to go for complete evaluation of your anemia.
Low hemoglobin and red blood cells can causing symptoms like fatigue and weakness.
If left untreated, anemia may cause serious health problems like hypoxia, end organ damage organs.
With anemia, the heart must work harder to circulate oxygenated blood in the body and this extra work can harm the heart.

Brief Answer:
Decrease in the HB and Total RBC Count

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

The PBF shows a normocytic normochromic picture.
Such a picture is seen in anemia where hemoglobin concentration in the RBCs is normal but there are an insufficient number of RBCs.

This is usually found in anaemia associated with infections, inflammations, marrow failure, endocrine hypoactivity, post hemorrhagic, and hemolytic anemias and anemia of chronic disease.

See your clinician for complete evaluation, clinical examination and management.

Warm regards.

Brief Answer:
Normocytic normochromic naemia

Detailed Answer:
Hi....

Normal range of MCV is 101 and your values are 102.6.This is not significant at all.
PBF also shows normocytic normochromic appearance of your reds cells.
This is very likely the normocytic normochromic type.
Please see your clinician for work up.

Regards
