Brief Answer:
See answer below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
The hot feeling in arms and legs and chest you are experiencing is a side effect of escitalopram.
While nausea and vomiting are caused by all your medications you are taking escitalopram, mitrazapine and lorazepam.
I see your anxiety is not stabilised even with taking all these drugs.
I think you should consult your psychiatrist immediately because your anxiety is getting worse and you have many side effects.
Also try to meet a psychotherapist to help you get better.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.

The other doctor did not seem to think the escitalopram was the cause. I have been taking it for 8 years why am i having these effects now. They did switch manufacturer but the pill is the same and the pharmacist said it was the same just different company bought Cipla the brand i was taking before now it is fro Exalan. Do you think these side effects will go away soon because i can not just stop taking it i have been on it for 8 years
Brief Answer:
Side effects if changing brand.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
I think it is just happening from the change of brand.
I think you will soon get used to it and this side effects will subside on their own.
Best regards.
