Question : The last 4 years Ihave taken constella 145MCG The last two months the results
are not good The last two days I took two instead of one and the results are not much better

For the first Years bowel movement began one hour after taking the medication
That was two or three movements. The last three weeks very little movement
Yesterday and today I took two constella pils. instead of one with very
little change

You should monitor your fluid intake and make it at least 2.5-3 liters daily...
Also, you need to increase the fiber content in your diet by increasing fruits, vegetables, and dark flour products.
