Brief Answer:
There can be several causes... Require further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, there can be several causes for one side swelling over nostril since few months and it should be evaluated.

For further assessment I would suggest you to consult with ENT surgeon for detailed clinical examination.

Painless one side swelling may be due to enlarged turbinate or deviated nasal septum or nasal polyp....

For confirmation, ENT surgeon may procure nasal endoscopy, Computed tomography of nasal sinuses as per evaluation.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further...
