Question : The past 3 days every time I have a large bowel movement there is a large amount of blood in the toilet after, but does not bleed any other time and doesn’t hurt

I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you should immediately get examined by a doctor or better surgeon.
I suppose you may be suffering from haemorrhoids that may be causing that large amount of blood when you have a large bowel movement.
Meanwhile you should not get constipated in order not to strain and make them bleed.
Also you can find creams or suppositories otc in pharmacy in order to help you.
