Hello,
I reviewed your photos.
Are those lesions painful?
For how long have you had them?
Do you have them in other parts of the body where you have hair?
Do they have liquid/pus inside?
Please provide as much information as possible and I will be happy to advice accordingly.
Looking forward to your follow up question.

They’re not really painful but it stings if you touch it a little bit. They been on my chin for a few weeks, no I don’t have them anywhere else on my body, and yes they have liquid/ puss inside but I’m not sure what it is, I think it’s blood cause it’s red.
Brief Answer:
Possible folicullitis. Skin cancer needs to be ruled out
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the follow up question.
From what you are describing and what I see in the photo it is very possible it is a granulated folicullitis, which is an infection of the hair follicles. I suggest you put some antibiotic cream on it. Triple antibiotik, 3-4 times per day locally for 2 weeks. I they have a lot of liquid inside you can poke them with a sterile needle and let them drain.
If not better after 1 week, consider seeing a local dermatologist. They are indeed a bit unusual and it is good to rule out a skin cancer.
I hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
