Question : There is tenderness in the front right portion of my neck. What could this be?

Hii. This pain may be due to spasm of the muscle, any infection or inflammation of the tonsils, thyroid gland, any allergic pharyngitis, any acid reflux. So better you consult an Ent surgeon and get an endoscopy of the larynx and an usg neck done. If there is any abnormality of the larynx and neck gets diagnosed it can be treated accordingly.
