Question : There's a red line above my left eyelid that I can feel everytime I blink. I just woke up from a nightmare where I pulled out worms from my hands, and I'm extremely disgusted and anxious right now. I also felt wierd movements or random senses across my face after I woke up. Am I just being paranoid or could I be infected with a parasite? I'm creeped out a lot right now.

I have gone through your query and here is my advice. If possible kindly upload /attach images, so that I can get better idea.

As per your history, I think it may be due to allergic reaction to the insect/parasite.

For that you can apply hydrocortisone ointment locally available over the counter.

In case of itching, you can take tablet loratidine 10 mg once a day.

Watch for symptoms rashes at other site, severe itching, breathing difficulty than you may require urgent medical care.
