                                            Question : These red things on my leg just never seem to settle down. Are they insect bites or some kind of rashes? Can I apply fudic cream on them?

I saw the picture.
It looks like Dermatitis.
It could be due to unknown insect bite or allergy due to some.food item or drug.Some food items which have wheat or colour in them.may cause this.
You should apply a cream which contains Corticosteroid in it.You can get a cream with combination of Corticosteroid and Antibiotic.Plain Fusidic cream may not be that beneficial.
You should recognize the food item which is allergic to you and stop it.
Nothing to worry.
It will come down.
