Question : This is about my daughter, she is 19 years, from 2 years her menstruation cycle totally in mess, from last 2 months she is periods, please help us and advice what we do ?

Hi,
Thanks for trusting us about your daughter healthcare.
I have gone through your history and understand your concern.
It could be due to hormonal imbalance because of her age .
You can go for blood investigations ( Hb,and thyroid profile)and pelvic ultrasound to rule out the possible cause of her symptoms.
She should take lots of vegetables and fruits and drink a lot of warm water and take tranxemic acid tablet after consulting your treating doctor for the same.
