hello doctor
yes i took medicines for almost 4 years as i was studying abroad,
went to several doctors and followed their priscribed medicines
and yes i do experience in weight changes, before two years i was 78 kgs and today i am 68, without any measures to lose weight .

what should i do now?

Please let me know what was your prescription and diagnosis in your past consultation. Also, please upload reports if any or quote the results of any investigations done.

I would suggest a proper clinical examination, a complete blood picture, hormone assay, sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the trans-vaginal route and urinalysis. Further management can be planned accordingly.
