This little black spot just appeared on my thumb on Saturday. I was just at my Dermatoligist on Friday and it was not there. should I be concerned? Pucture attached. Should I make another appointment to have it looked at and if so can I wait until next week? The second picture is the nail on that same thumb which I lost and is growing back.
