Tightness In The Face And Roof Of The Mouth, This

Question: Tightness in the face and roof of the mouth, this can be felt only while talking or laughing. Not so much while eating. The pressure stems from the jaw but is more intense in the region marked in the picture and the roof of the mouth. When I open my mouth I can feel the pressure in this region.
What could be causing this? I have had this for the last 2-3 months like get this daily and is more or less constant. I feel the pressure becomes so intense some of the words don’t come out right. Also, no one has noticed anything wrong with my speech.
Also, have pressure in and around my ears and behind eyes and forehead.

Detailed Answer:
Hii. Welcome to the health care services. It can be TM joint arthritis or any submucosal fibrosis. If your mouth opening is painful and restricted then it can be TM joint arthritis. Give hot fomentation over the TM joint, over the face. Relax and lead a stress free life. If your mouth opening is too restricted then you should consult a dental surgeon. Please review if you have any queries.

I have more of pressure/tightness, than pain. I dont have pain but more of tightness and feel like a pressure on the cheeks and the roof of the mouth like its stiff which kind of affects my speech.
Also, one more thing, my back of the mouth and top of the throat feels tight, like food and liquid passing through this feels like there is an inflammation. I did go and see an ent like a month ago and he said all was okay. But this has been there for almost 3-3.5 months. Like when I chew on fennel seeds or rice it feels like it sticks to my throat, but goes down with additional swallows or a glass of water.
I have been taking pantaprazole 30mg for the last 2 months and has helped but still not the same, I have LPR and will it take a long time for the throat to heal?
Questions:
1.) Is the pressure on the cheeks, temples, jaws, around ears and top of mouth due to TMJ?
2.) What I am describing with the throat is that dysphagia? Should I get a videofluroscopy or barrium swallow? I dont have any choking or loss of weight rather I have gained weight during the last couple of months.

For TMJ who should I go and see an ENT doctor or dentist? My throat feels like the muscle is tight and thats why i feel like its not moving normally.
Can TMJ cause the throat issues? I have read online that TMJ can cause throat issues and the one I am talking about with the cheeks and roof of the mouth?
I am not able to go and see a doctor due to this virus thing.

Detailed Answer:
Hii. You need to visit an Ent specialist, dental surgeon. Ent specialist will do an endoscopy of the nose and the throat to see of there is any abnormality or any sign of acid reflux or Laryngopharyngeal reflux. Dental surgeon will see if you have any abnormality of the teeth, TM joint abnormality and if needed will do a OPG x ray. After visiting both of them it can be properly diagnosed. But as from history it doesn't seem serious. Relax and review with their reports.
