Question : I have a tingling feeling in my penis its not painful and only happens when i pee or masturbate

Hi,

Tingling sensation is usually not due to a particular disease or problem. As long as you can pass urine or masturbate well, it is of no serious consequence.

If the same persists for a long time or any other new symptoms occur, kindly consult your physician, preferably a neurologist or an urologist.
