Brief Answer:
Kidney stone, urinary retention

Detailed Answer:
Hi Tonyhunt1405,

In individuals you mention, a klebsiella infection is usually contracted because of urinary retention from benign prostatic hyperplasia or kidney stones. Have you been examined for these conditions?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
