Brief Answer:
Regarding rash on underarms
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service. I have gone through your query and I have viewed the Image.
This could be a hives/ dermatitis to some exogenous agent or a detergent or could be either pityriasis rosea which can present as red patches and may involve body sites like arms and trunk, not necessarily simultaneously. I suggest you to give him an oral antihistamine e.g. cetirizine syrup 5mg/5ml, 5ml once a day. Topically you may use a soothing lotion for now e.g. calamine lotion, however, if it evolves and involves other areas then do let me know.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
Regards
