Toddler Is Having Red Eyelid. What Treatment Should Be Done?
Question: My 8 month old daughter has a red eyelid

I would like to know a few more details regarding your baby's condition
1. From when is she having this redness in eyelid?
2. Is it in one eye or both? how are the eyes?
3. Is it associated with any discharge from the eyes?
4. Is she having fever, cough, etc?
5. Is the baby irritable?
Im listing out a few causes of eyelid redness in Infants.
Eczema, Eyelid inflammation (blepharitis),eye allergies, Atopic dematitis, Insect bite etc.
However, a probable diagnosis can be made if you could provide the above details. Until then to reduce the inflammation you can give ibugesic (ibuprofen) syrup.
