Since you are based in the USA, the total cost for removal of lipoma including anesthesiology and surgery is usually around $2000 - $4000 depending on where you are located and on the clinic. I believe you should get to the closest clinic to you for more info.
Where I come from the total cost for total removal is about $200 (same procedure for removal and after care done for wound healing).
