Question : i am trying for babies and was on Clomid and M2Tone, i did not use HCG injection but i realized that i did not get into ovulation, i had my period but very light when i saw it, infact i could only see it when i swipe when i go to the loo. 2 weeks later which is now when i am expecting Ovulation, i saw light pink, then brown and now very red blood. could this be my new period and what am i going through . what should i expect. By the way i started some serious exercise just the week i saw the spotting

                                    Hi
Its essential to an USG follicular monitoring to know if you are ovulating or not.
If spontaneous ovulation is not seen you should try inj hCG when follicle is > 18mm.
After the inj ovulation should take placewith in 36 hrs.
Sudden onset of heavy exercise can cause this kind of bleeding or else it could be an ovulation bleed.
You may take estrogen support if the endometrial lining is not good
Its a good idea to get examined from below( pelvis exam) to look for other local cervical causes for such bleeding.

A couple of women do have bleeding at the time of ovulation, which is lighter than normal period and a common phenomenon.

so this bleeding has been up to 4 days now and its flowing so much, does this mean i have missed my opportunity( ovulation) this month because i did not have sex during the period. what will happen now and when is my next period going to be because of the flow.

Its difficult to predict the next periods.
It may come 4 wks from now or may be 2 wks.
Its possible to say about the periods after they are over ie retrospectively.
However you must keep menstrual dates and do regular coitus irrespective of ovulation days because that gives higher conception rates.
