Brief Answer:
Isolate and observe...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Are you running fever?
Do you have pain while swallowing?

The symptoms are suggestive of an upper respiratory tract infection. The cause is usually benign - virus. Therefore you need not be overly worried. Isolate yourself from family members and others. Practice safe hygiene; drink lots of fluids. Start vitamin D, vitamin C as well as zinc supplements along with tab cetrizine once daily.

Observe the progress of symptoms. Consider COVID test. If symptoms don't improve in the next 2-3 days / if you develop fresh symptoms visit a doctor for further evaluation.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarification.

Regards
