Question : Hi, two weeks ago I had some flulike symptoms with lack energy and sore throat, no cough. Went away in few days. Then I got strange red spots around my toes/feet accompanied by two days of intense painful sensitivity as I walk on my feet as well as fingertips. Spots still there but fainter. Considered myself all ok. Then last two days I felt such brain fog (I thought it was mental) but today woke up barely able to talk (no pain) but with ugly phlegm cough. Bit of almond aftertaste. I tried to reach GP for half hr but gave up. Now resting,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, presently you are having cough And Difficulty while talking. I think it may be due to laryngitis or throat infection.

For that, I would suggest you to take tablet Azithromycin 500 MG once a day for three days After physician consultation. In case of pain or fever, you can take tablet acetaminophen. Along with that, kindly continue betadine gargles. You can take expectorant cough syrup containing ambroxol and salbutamol.

In case of re-appearance of red rashes, I would suggest you to do blood investigation including complete blood count, chest x-ray after physician consultation. Keep your self hydrated. Please follow vocal rest.
