Question : U S says fatty liver with mild nodularity.....liver elastrophy says no fibrosis....all blood test normal.....im confused

Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think the ultrasound shows fat accumulation in liver. It can be mainly be triglycerides. It has not yet caused fibrosis or inflammation that's why the blood tests are normal.
You may need to lower down triglycerides and fat intake having a low fat diet.

Nodularity has to do with fibrosis which are changes of liver tissue due to inflammation. Probably this is the beginning of inflammation.

Having a low-fat diet is recommended.
