Question : UTERUS: Anteverted anteflexed uterus within normal limits for size. IUD
within the endometrial cavity appears to be within satisfactory position.
Limited evaluation for IUD T-bar penetration based on static sonographic
images. The endometrial lining is obscured due to presence of IUD.
A heterogeneous mixed echogenicity and echotexture of the the myometrium
throughout. However note three-dimensional myometrial lesion demonstrated.
Focal thinning anterior lower uterine body attributed to cesarean section
scar. Artifact versus potential nonspecific focal simple fluid in close
proximity to the uterine scar versus nabothian cyst near the cervical canal
internal os.
Some trace fluid in the cervical canal. Heterogeneity within the
endocervical canal may represent IUD strings.
ADNEXAE / CUL-DE-SAC: Nonvisualized left ovary. Indeterminant right adnexal
cyst measuring 2.2 x 1.5 x 2.1 cm. Some internal partial septations. It is
unclear whether this is partially obscured exophytic intraovarian of versus
extraovarian in location as the right ovary is not definitively
demonstrated on submitted images. No adnexal solid mass demonstrated on
either side. No significant cul-de-sac free fluid.

                                    Brief Answer:
The pelvic ultrasound report is explained below in detail.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I reviewed the report of the pelvic ultrasound.
An anteverted uterus is normal.
It means the uterus is tilted towards the front of the abdomen.
The position of the IUD is also normal.
A myoma is detected through the ultrasound.
It is a mass of muscular tissue, which are commonly benign.
It is also noticed a cyst in the right ovary.
I recommend to follow up with a gynecologist for a specific treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.ý
