Question : Hello Doc. I have got a ulcer on my tongue due to which i am not able to eat properly. I also have cold and cough along. Can you ok please suggect a remedy. Thx

I am sorry about your current health status.

For the ulcer in your tongue, you can take capsule Becosule once daily after food for a week. This will take care of the vitamin deficiency, if any.

For the cold and cough, you can take simple anti-histamines like Tablet. Cetrizine 10mg at bedtime for 3 nights.

Take healthy diet with plenty of fruit juices. You should be fine soon.
