It can possibly be diastematomyelia

Detailed Answer:
I can't see the photo of your spine yet but I can say that the only condition which show on a CT scan a double spine is diastematomyelia. It is a genetic condition which and is characterised by a cartilage in the central canal of spine which causes a division in two hemicords.
You can upload a photo of the CT for me to see it or send a photo of CT in YYYY@YYYY .
