List of possible conditions, need your help

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us. I can understand your concern and am only here to help.

The first thing that any doctor would suspect is a UTI), but that should have been detected on a urine culture examination, could you please attach all the reports to our discussion or type it out here for me, thank you. Ma'am, please forgive me for asking, but could you tell me about your sexual status (whether active or not, last sexual encounter, details about partner, whether known or unknown, any changes in and/or around your genitals, etc.). This information will really help me, thank you ma'am.

Other than this, I shall list a few other possibilities and we shall try narrowing our search down, to find the cause. They are:
-Sexually transmitted infections (eg. gonorrhea, chlamydia, candidiasis, herpes, etc.) -- will require screening for all sexually transmitted infections
-Foreign object in vagina: Will require an x-ray of the pelvis
-Abnormalities with vagina, cervix, uterus, etc. (eg. fibroids, polyps, etc.). Will require a transvaginal ultrasound and a vaginal swab test
-Kidney conditions: Check renal function test and abdominal ultrasound
-Over-reactive bladder syndrome

Other than these conditions, diabetes could be a cause, but I am sure that has been ruled out from the tests. I am looking forward to hearing from you, after which we shall take it from there. Please try to reply to all my questions, I would really appreciate it. Do not worry, we shall try to find the cause. Do continue with the potrate syrup, keep yourself hydrated and abstain from all forms of sexual intercourse (if you are sexually active), also try to add cranberry juice to your diet regimen.

Take care and god bless.

Thanks for Answering. There is no any kind of Sexual encounter happened with me till this age of mine. I m a virgin so there is no any question of any signs relating to sexual things. if something like that has happened with me then of course without any hesitation I would have mentioned the same in my query itself.

As I mentioned my all reports are normal but unfortunately I don't have any scanned copy of my reports which I can show you, & those tests I have done last year in October month. but again In this Feb. month again done culture test
(which is normal), CBC Normal (HB is 12 mg), Fasting Blood sugar (87 mg), Urine Sugar (Nil). since then I consulted with 3-4 doctors till date,
some gave me antibiotics like azypar 500 mg, soliten 10mg tablets 21 days dose, cital syrup, but nothing is working on me.... I feel some little hardness on my lower abdomen when I palpate it... when I have to go to urination, then at 1st the flow is quite normal & plenty but at the end of the urination it feels some urine is still there in my bladder, & because of which I have to wait for it to come out... while doing this I feel pain in d lower abdomen & never feels d satisfaction of full urination...& in this process only I feel so tired that I swear to myself to not to go again to the washroom because it takes my time & makes me feel very frustrated. those doctors which I consulted, one said its cystitis (i.e. UTI), other said its urge incontinence, another said, not a single girl in your age can get UTI unless & until you have undergone any sexual intercourse, totally confused with their diff diff opinions ....don't know why such things are happening with me as I maintain full hygiene in & outside of myself, im quite healthy kinda person but have very less stamina may be because of some weight I have put in .. even my monthly periods are also normal & regular...but this problem is ruining my life like anything...I cant think about going outside for long time period....

My mom last year in the same month caught with UTI.. that time she got prescribed by this Potrate Syrup, so after reading her prescription I yesterday bought this syrup & started taking it in the hope to be normal as quickly as possible. I don't want to go through any test which can hurt me in any sense so plz prescribe something which is very effective in this matter.

Brief Answer:
List of possible causes and investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again.

I can understand how frustrating this can be, and with the added information of an absent sexual history, the list of possible conditions would come down to the following:
-Foreign object in vagina: Will require an x-ray of the pelvis
-Abnormalities with vagina, cervix, uterus, etc. (eg. fibroids, polyps, etc.). Will require a transvaginal ultrasound and a vaginal swab test
-Kidney conditions: Check renal function test and abdominal ultrasound
-Over-reactive bladder syndrome: Measuring urine flow rate and post-voidal residual measurement
-Urge incontinence: Will require a cystogram and a post-voidal residual measurement

All the above mentioned investigations are non-invasive and will not cause any pain. Please discuss the same with your doctor, hopefully the above mentioned investigations will help in finding the cause and thereafter help in you living a symptom-free life.

Best wishes.
