Welcome to the forum.
Masturbation is a common practice in men, especially before marriage.
It is not known to cause any harm to the body scientifically.
It is only a myth that it causes harm in later life.
If you get night time or early morning erection, then your problem is treatable.
Things that would help are..
1. Daily exercise- for about 30 minutes ( Walk, cycle, swim)
2. Weight reduction.
3. Prolonged foreplay, before having the actual penetrative sex.
4. Diet XXXXXXX in fresh and dried fruits.
5. Medicines usually of the PDE 5 inhibitor( Like viagra) to bring your confidence back.
Please speak to your doctor on all these issues and wish you good health.
