Hello Doctor,

Yes, under thyroid medication (Thyronorm) of 25 mcg from past 4 years. No other medical conditions. No Cardiac history in the family. The BP is being monitored at the home and is normal. I am facing this problem now from past 12 days, unable to sleep and feeling very tired throughout the day.
Diet - In the breakfast takes Idly/Dosa or other XXXXXXX Breakfast, Lunch Rice with one or two curries and Dinner is very limited to one Chapathi/Dosa or fruits. Thank You.

As you are hypothyroid I would like to know when last time you have got your thyroid levels checked? If you have I would like to have a look at the reports and if not within last 6 months then kindly get a thyroid profile done.
