Question : how can i get some pain medication now as i cannot sleep and i have chronic joint pain

Well looking into your problem I will like to tell you that chronic joint pain is very annoying but the medication is given in accordance with the etiology of joint pain .
Plus before prescribing any medication other comorbidities also needs to be taken into consideration . Still in my opinion paracetamol 650 mg is a safe option but you need to consult your treating physician for this.
