Question : Usually normal BP,130/70 or 80.
Undignosed chest pain a week ago.
Seen GP, d dimer normal
ECG left axis deviation, told By GP he detected a heart murmur, referred to Cardiology.
Dull ache left of chest now, BP diastolic 92( 185/92.)home Sphygmomanometer
Due to see GP 8am Wed, do I need to see him earlier, could this just be anxiety?

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic
Anxiety is possible / yet it ought to be an exclusion diagnosis.
D-dimer is for DVT & embolism...Need Cardiac marker (CK, Troponin)
Need to repeat ECG after some hours / left axis is not significant
High systolic pressure needs drugs.
See your GP - better be safe than sorry
Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
