Question : Upset stomach.

Hi, didn't explain the query in detail earlier. I've an upset stomach, wanted to know which medicine i could take immediately. I have a medical history of IUC, Hypertensive and CKD.
Attached is my prescription. Kindly advice.

- Formation of the stool is semi-liquid with few undigested particles.
- Feeling of fullness of stomach.
- Frequency of motion is 3-4 and regular burping.

I am still on all the medications on the prescription shared. These symptoms started showing 2 days ago.
No blood in stool. Last colonoscopy was done 10 years ago when blood was found in stool.

Hi,
You are on medications for ulcerative colitis.
Your last colonoscopy was 10 years ago.
You need to undergo colonsocopy again to assess the present status of ulcerative colitis and to look for complications.

The present episode of semi solid stools could be a flare up or may be due to infection or may be due to associated IBS.
Repeat colonoscopy and stool analysis will be helpful to find the cause.
You also have dyspeptic symptoms.
Till you get tested, you can take the following for relief-
1. Ganaton Total once daily before breakfast for your burps
2. Probiotic supplements like Colonise Forte for your bowel issues.
