Question : I have used the medicine and it's been more than 24 hrs but am not bleeding. But having lots of pain.

Please write down how much you have used? that is, the exact dosage & frequency.
How advanced was the pregnancy?
Did you use it alone or in combination with any other drug?
What was the route? mouth or vagina?
Generally speaking, pain indicates that you are having effects. The process may take up to seven days to complete. Close medical supervision is required specially if you have severe pain or very heavy bleeding.
No effect in seven days mean a failure. May take a second dose after consulting a doctor.
