Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
According to the details which you have sent, your fat percentage is on the higher side. Taking supplements is not much required as of now, since you do not workout regularly.
Try to follow a diet which is a balanced with all nutrients and adding more fibre and a diet with low fat. Have a goal of reducing the fat in the body first, and then concentrate on body building.
You can have a diet with natural foods, including carbohydrates, protein & essential fats which will surely aid in loosing fat . You can include Flax seeds (helps to reduce fat) in the morning cereal along with skimmed milk without sugar and you can also take a fruit along with it.
Mid morning snack can be whole wheat sandwich with tofu and cucumber, tomato, lettuce salad.
For lunch, you can have roti , dhal, vegetables and curd. Evening snack will be any one of the following like sprouts chat, or boiled corn, or a fruit bowl with any protein drink if you are doing workout.
Dinner can be roti with dhal, vegetables , include salads or in the form of raitha.
Bed time can be a glass of skimmed milk or tofu (soy paneer).
This diet provides sufficient protein to help to maintain your weight and also will help to reduce your fat.
Initially you can target of losing your fat and also be regular to the workouts and slowly you can start on high protein diet with supplements if needed after following the diet for three months. Add more variety to your diet and don't depend on these supplements throughout. You should start weaning out of them gradually as of now.
Hope I answered your query.
