
Vertigo , Only When I Sleep On My Left Shoulder

everything goes normal when I make a right side view (or) turn right side while in sleeping position.
from two-three days only.
nothing I could feel while I am on standing / sitting in chair .
It could be Benign Paroxismal Positional Vertigo

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Two to three possible causes coming to my mind. One is Benign paroxismal positional vertigo. Second could be lifting weights from that side that show up a vertigo or cervical later. Third could be ear problem but is unlikely.
Do you have any other symptoms like headache, neck pain, back pain, dizziness on standing, blurry vision numbness tingling etc? Do you take any medicines? Do you have any previous health issues? In absence of these, I will suggest that you do not lift weights. There are a few maneuvers that an ENT doctor can practice on you to relieve the vertigo.
