Brief Answer:
Exposure to sunlight and supplements

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Vit D deficiency is very common these days and can be attributed to less exposure to sunlight and nutritional scarce.

Complications of low Vit D levels include:
Bone pains
Joint pains
depression
dental cavities
Increased risk of cardiovascular disease
Cognitive impairment in older adults

Do take D-Rise powder which is available in sachets. One XXXXXXX of 6000Iu one in a week taken with a glass of milk would replenish the required Vit D in the body in less than 8 weeks.

Very important is your exposure to sunlight. The supplement D rise may not be useful if not exposed to sun.

Hope, I answered your query.
