I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Terazosin will cause low BP and balance problems only for first few days. It is called as first dose effect of Terazosin. To avoid this, the treatment is started with low dose of terazosin 1 mg given at bedtime.

Later on it can cause orthostatic hypotension which means lowering of BP and dizziness on standing up.

I will suggest that you keep a regular check on your BP when you experience the above symptoms. If low BP is not there and symptoms persist, then a brain scan maybe needed.
