Question : Short history on Levo for years( >12) currently 112 mg - for hypo-t;
age 71;
daily meds; 20 mg Omepro; 5/325 Sinalgen(hidrocodona / Aceta) for post spinal surgery 10/17 - 4 tabs /day.

Want opinion of TSH results 0.131uU/ml (8/16/18)

Hello,

The TSH you reported is low and it means that the Levothyroxine dose is high.

You need to lower the dose, from 112.5 mcg to 100 mcg.
Check TSH after 6 weeks to be sure that the dose is the right one.
