Answer given below
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your ultrasound scan shows fatty liver and the liver panel shows significantly elevated liver enzymes.
Obesity, diabetes and high cholesterol are some of the causes of fatty liver . Sometimes cholesterol medications themselves can elevate liver enzymes.
Your BMI is within normal range and so you are not obese.
High cholesterol could be the probable risk factor. Comtrol your cholesterol levels.
You also need to undergo tests for viral hepatitis and metabolic liver disease.
You can take milk thistle, S adenosyl methionine and urso deoxycholic till the above test results are ready.
Regards,
Dr.R.K
