Question : My one month son was circumcised today but now I see a big water bubble on top of the penis. Is this normal or should I worried. Please answer as soon as possible.
He doesn't have temperature.

Have reviewed the picture uploaded by you

Unfortunately this is not a common finding, it appears to be a blister , though it may not need any further management except wait and watch

If it ruptures he will need dressing daily and an antibiotic if there is fever
