Brief Answer:
primary infertility

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
thanks for the query,
If you are planning for trying naturally, then please follow her fertile period , usually in a 28-30 days cycle, day 12-day 18 is considered as fertile period when chances of conception are higher naturally. Or you may opt for ovulation kits to time her ovulation and then plan intercourse accordingly.
Please follow up with your semen analysis report.

I have uploaded the semen analysis report. We have tried all the days even in the cycle of 28 days still no positive results.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The attached semen analysis report is essentially normal.

However, there is some infection in the testes.

Please visit your local andrologist/urologist for getting appropriate antibiotics prescribed.

For your concern about conception, I would strongly recommend you to get your wife also evaluated to see if there are any issues in her reproductive tract.
