Inview of planning to conceive I eould recommend a gynaecologist opinion to guide you through scans and test to make sure no complications and The idle time for intercourse is during your ovulation period which is around 12 to 16 days after your periods. I would recommend tablet folvite one per day after food until pregnancy.

Hi mam,

In reference of your above answer, I would like to tell you that I got a call from your department from gynaecologist, she told me to take follic acid and suggested to apply for begetting in b/w 6-16 days every alternate day post menstruation. We recieved this call as we requested through my active health app policy, So, what you suggest still should I need to visit to any gynaecologist or just first apply and take medicine
