17 yr old daughter has been I'll with stomach bug for 3 days. Need something for nauseous.
Also need note for school.

Symptoms usually last just a day or two, but occasionally they may persist as long as 10 days.
Very likely her case is viral gastroenteritis.


Treatment-
As per your query Zofran 4 mg thrice daily can be given control nausea.
Ask her to drink plenty of fluids.
Give her a probiotic like VSL#3 twice daily( it's over the counter)
You could discuss this note with your family doctor and He would pen down the note.
