My dog had a face off with a groundhog. I’m not 100 percent sure that the groundhog had rabies and I’m 100 percent sure that my dog actually touched the groundhog, but it looked like he did. Ten minutes after this my dog licked my hand, which has a wound on it. Should I be concerned about rabies at all?
