Question: Welcome to 'Ask a Doctor'. Please type your question here... I have been on gonal f injections for 2 cycles no but dinf have any ready eggs. First cycle my dose was 50 per day which was increased to 75 per day. Kindly advise

While treating for ovulation induction, response is observed when the optimum dose is reached.

Stepping up the dose is needed until response is seen or the maximum dose is reached. Regular follow up is necessary throughout the course of the treatment.
