                                    Brief Answer:
Bence Jones's positive means that you may have multiple myeloma.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to 'Ask a doctor' service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
The Bence XXXXXXX protein in the urine shows that you may be suffering from Multiple Myeloma.
It is rare at your age and mostly found after 60.
For further diagnosis, you should get further evaluated doing a total blood count, blood chemistry, protein electrophoresis, bone marrow smear.
If you have the tests that you have recently done you can attach them at reports for me to review them and help you better.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
