Question : Welcome to 'Ask a Doctor'. Please type your question here... I had a rheumatologist run some tests for the last 3 years I'm losing my hair I have ulcers I've lost weight it came up positive for RNA one this time and she decided to go with a false but I noticed that I had Benz XXXXXXX protein like capucine in my urine and I read that that is a blood cancer should I be concerned she's on vacation the general practitioner

It is rare at your age and mostly found after 60.
For further diagnosis, you should get further evaluated doing a total blood count, blood chemistry, protein electrophoresis, bone marrow smear.
